Intercessor

A person committed to praying for the specific needs of clients, volunteers and staff of the Center.

 

This person commits to pray 15-30 minutes on a specific day of the week

Church Liaison

This person is asked to promote the Center in their local church family.

 

They help promote their church’s awareness of Center services, fundraising events, information tours and potential volunteer basic training seminars.

Hospitality

This person provides refreshments for special events and serves as host/hostess for Center tours, gatherings, classes, etc.

Blessing Room

This person works flexible hours washing, folding, organizing baby items and hanging donated maternity clothes.

 

This person works 2-4 hour shifts weekly, bi-monthly or monthly.

Clerical

This person helps on special projects that require copying, sorting, filing, word processing, mailing preparation, etc.

Handyman

A person who helps with simple projects around the center approximately 2 hours twice a month.

 

This may involve facility maintenance or inspecting, assembling and checking baby furnishings before disbursement.

House Beautifier

A person who comes to deep clean the Center facility once a month.

 

This person is scheduled at times when the Center is closed to clients.

Mentors

A person who after completing basic training and is by mutual agreement asked to be a one-on-one mentor to a client.

 

This person commits to encourage the client at least once a week by phone, mail, or personal contact.  They help influence the client in next step life-changing opportunities such as church/Bible studies, school, classes, etc.

Receptionist

A person who after completing basic training is by mutual agreement asked to be a receptionist at the Center.

 

After additional one-on-one training in telephone and personal client contact, this person is assigned a four-hour shift to serve each week.

Client Advocate

A person who after completing basic training and volunteer work for the Center is by mutual agreement asked to participate in peer training.

 

If a person has had a previous abortion, they are required to attend a post-abortion healing Bible Study.

 

After additional classroom instruction and evaluation, this person is assigned a four-hour shift to serve each week in a counseling position.

 

This person shares the truth of the gospel, fetal development, abortion procedures/risks, sexual pressures/integrity and encouragement

Sonographer

A person with a medical certificate who is trained in ultrasound scans.

 

This person after completing basic training and one-on-one counseling instruction is by mutual agreement asked to perform client scans.

 

This person is scheduled based on availability and need.

Classroom Instructors

A person who after completing basic training and volunteer work for the Center is by mutual agreement asked to be a teacher.

 

If a person has had a previous abortion, they are asked to attend a post-abortion healing Bible Study.

 

This person gives 2 hours a week on site in addition to home preparation time for Bible Study, Pre-natal, Delivery, Parenting, Loving Choices, Relationships, Advancement Through Education, Financial Planning Classes, Abstinence.

Post-Abortion Facilitator

A person who after completing basic training and volunteer work for the Center is by mutual agreement asked to participate in peer training.

 

After additional classroom instruction and evaluation, this person is by mutual agreement asked to participate in post-abortion counseling training.

 

If a person has had a previous abortion, they are asked to attend a post-abortion healing Bible Study.

 

This person co-facilitates periodic support groups for those experiencing, post-abortion syndrome.

Public Relations, Fundraising, and Marketing

A person who after receiving one-on-one instruction about the mission and goals of the ministry is asked to help with reaching others.

 

A person who works with the Executive Director to raise funds and volunteers for the ministry.

PRAYER TEAM
