  • 8:30 AM –  Staff &  Set-Up Volunteer Team Arrives
  • 8:45 AM  – Devotion & Prayer Meeting
  • 9:00 AM  – Set Up Volunteer Team Begins

Below you will find a list of each Volunteer Team.  Also provided is a high level list of what needs to be done in that area before, during and after the event.  Please contact your Team Captain for more information the day of the event.

Schedule For The Day

  • 8:00 AM –  Event Coordinating Team Arrives
  • 8:30 AM –  Staff & Volunteers Arrive
  • 8:45 AM  – Devotion & Prayer Meeting
  • 9:00 AM  – Set Up Begins
  • 11:00 AM – Doors Open To Public

Crawfish, Hot dogs, drink & beer service, kidszone, Silent Auction, Vendor Village Shopping and Live Music Opens

— Koozie Sales and Silent Auction Tickets, Drink Ticket sales, AP Swag Table Sales throughout Event

  • 2:15 PM – Silent Auction Closes — 
  • 2:30 PM – Silent Auction Winners Drawn, Door Prize Drawings
  • 2:45 PM – Crowd Control Team Starts Clearing Areas
  • 3:00 PM – Event Is Closed And Public Is Thanked And Asked To Leave The Venue
  • 3:30-5:30p – Tear Down & Clean Up
